September Show is the 19th; 2:30 - 6:30 PM

This one day Art Show is every 2nd Thursday starting in June through September 2019. HAAA members showcase & sell their art indoors at the Cocoa Beanery during the Farmer's Market hours in Hershey 2019.

• Next Show is September 19. NOT THE SECOND THURSDAY!

• Exhibit area is located indoors in the Cocoa Beanery Lounge area

• 20% commission payable to HAAA on any work sold.

• Sign up for the show online, (Click Here) or click REGISTRATION button at bottom of this page.

• Three artists each month may show and sell their artwork from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm (originals and prints accepted).  Setup is between 1:30-2:30pm.

• Artists must be a current HAAA member & have a valid PA sale tax license. (Please check General Information and Policies on the HAAA website for help to acquire a license.)

• HAAA and Cocoa Beanery are not responsible for any loss, stolen or damage to any artwork.

• HAAA requests the right to photograph work for press information or cataloging of the exhibit.

• HAAA Members exhibiting are to read and agree to the Hershey Area Art Associations, “General Information and Policy Statement” found on the HAAA website

• The Artist is responsible for their own displays, sales, clean up, and must be present for the entire show.

• HAAA has three display stands (3'x6') that can be borrowed - contact Mary Lott to inquire on availability

• Publicity for the event is through HAAA website, the Beanery & social media
